All price listed are estimates as the size of seafood varies. Hence, we at SLLFishery will always provide our seafood to match the value bought. We provide the freshest seafood available, imported seafood are treated with instant freezing to retain the shape texture & flavour. All seafood will be delivered frozen and packed with box to retain product's freshness.
Confirmed orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 business day(s) if they are placed before 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated delivery personnel on Monday to Friday (Excluding weekends and public holidays). At the time of delivery, you will be required to validate the receipt of the products by providing your signature to the delivery personnel.
You are protected when:
1. The item you received was not as described.
2. The item you received was damaged during the delivery process.
Products sold are guarantee to be fresh & frozen packed. If faulty product are found, kindly provide us your photo of evidence, documentation of purchase & contact our support team at 010-566 7357 to arrange for exchange or refund within 24 hours of received.
If you wish to reschedule your delivery, kindly email to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us 010-566 7357 to arrange for second attempt delivery. Should the order be unable to be delivered to you successfully after 2 attempts (or any stipulated number of attempts by our delivery crew) the order may be forfeited and we will not refund you any amount that you have spent on your order.
